A. COLLECTED INFORMATION

In connection with other activities, such as subscribing to periodic newsletters sent by Vito Technology, requesting customer support, utilizing online software applications or purchasing any of our products, Vito Technology may ask you to voluntarily supply us with such Personal information as email address and your name. It is completely optional for you to engage in these activities and/or make any purchases.

When requesting customer support you will be required to provide us with your email address in order to send you reply and optionally the name.

We may collect, process and share with third parties (as further specified in Section How Your Information Is Shared below) certain non-personal technical information about your computer or mobile device, such as IP number, browser information, OS version, identifiers associated with the Device (as this term is defined below), location, connections, network type and other. Such technical information does not identify a specific person.

We may collect, process and share with third parties (as further specified in Section How Your Information Is Shared below) the aggregated, anonymized information received via our Services that do not identify any single user.

Online Tracking Technologies

When you use the APP, we or third parties authorized by us, such as Facebook, Google that provide content, advertising, or other functionality within the APP, may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, mobile device identifiers, APIs, SDKs and other technologies (“Technologies”) to automatically collect information through the APP. Such Technologies that are essentially small data files placed on your computer, tablet, mobile phone, or other devices (referred to collectively as a “Device”), allow us and authorized third parties to record certain pieces of information whenever you visit or interact with the APP, to recognize, identify you across Devices and when you sign into the APP, to serve ads that may be relevant to your interests, to understand the usefulness to you of such ads, to measure advertising effectiveness, to allow more effective targeted advertising, to enhance your experience with the APP, to improve the quality of our APP, to tailor recommendations to your interests and make the APP easier to use.

B. USE AND DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

How TrueDepth Camera Is Used

Hippo Math uses the device's TrueDepth camera system to track the movement of your face. This allows for a unique user experience — a game you can play with your face. In order for this functionality to be possible, the app requires access to your device's camera. This access can be toggled on or off at any time in your device's settings.

The camera images and resulting depth data are only used for gameplay purposes. The live video feed is never used, and its data is never stored locally or remotely. Camera access is required to get depth data from Apple's API's. The only depth data collected is related to the movement of your face: whether you open your mouth to eat fruits or blow off the roten fruits.

This data is stored on the device only for the duration of your current game session. Every time the home screen is presented or the app is closed, the data is deleted. This data is used to make your gameplay experience more enjoyable and prevent accidental jumps.

Face data is never stored remotely, given to third parties, or used for any non-gameplay purposes. The face data only remains on your device, and never leaves your device at any time.

How Your Information Is Used

We may collect and use your Personal information for the following purposes: to provide you with the Services you request, to uniquely identify you as a user in our Services, provide technical support, including product updates, carry out other purposes that are disclosed to you and to which you consent.
