How do I upgrade to the newest version?
Just download the latest version and install it over your previous installation. If you're a registered user, the program will retain your registration and you won't need to enter your registration data again.

I bought your program some time ago and saw an update available at your website. Should I pay for upgrade?
No, if you bought a product earlier that a year ago. All updates are free for registered users for one year since the date when they purchase our software.

I bought a new device, tried to reinstall my registered application, but I am asked for an activation code, and my previous one does not work. What should I do?
Renewing of your registration is free. Please re-register at the registration page specified in your confirmation letter, or send an e-mail to registr@vitotechnology.com. Don't forget to specify your product, e-mail address and your new UserID.
