What should I do to make a proper BlueTooth connection with my external GPS receiver?
The program can't find the internal GPS receiver automatically on my Pocket Loox 520/Pocket Loox 560. What should I do?

What should I do to make a proper BlueTooth connection with my external GPS receiver?
Please do the following:
1) Create a BlueTooth connection with your GPS receiver using connection settings of your device
2) Assign the created com port to your GPS receiver
3) Choose the created com port in GPS settings of the program
to the top

The program can't find the internal GPS receiver automatically on my Pocket Loox 520/Pocket Loox 560. What should I do?
These devices use a different mode of operation with GPS. In future we'll try to solve this problem and for now you should use manual GPS Setup or GPSGATE software to create a virtual com port which our program can find automatically. You can learn about this software here
