I can't activate my program on-line. How do I activate my program?
I haven't received my activation key. What should I do?
Why should I register on this website?
Registration on the website and registration of a product is the same thing?

I can't activate my program on-line. How do I activate my program?
Please make sure that your device is connected to Internet. If you can't make a proper Internet connection on your device, please use this link to follow the connection set-up instructions
The second variant is off-line activation. Off-line activation means creation of send_to_support.txt file by the program that you try to activate. For each program send_to_support.txt file creation is individual(please see user manual for your program). After the file is created, you can see the on-screen instruction to send it to register@vitotechnology.com. This step is no longer necessary to be done! Now you can easily proceeed off-line activation using our support form. Please choose "activation off-line" item in the combo-box and follow the instructions on the page.

I haven't received my activation key. What should I do?
An activation letter is sent to your purchase e-mail immediately. Please make sure that emails from VITO are not being blocked by any kind of spam filter, or are not being forwarded to a "junk" or SPAM folder in your email application.

Why should I register on this website?
Registration on our website allows you to receive reply notifications on our forum, get access to our technical support service and manage your subscription status.

Registration on the website and registration of a product is the same thing?
No, registering on the website does not mean registering your purchased products. All purchased products should be registered according to the instructions in the confirmation e-mail, which is sent immediately after your order has been processed.

Should I register the software before I use it?
Registered version of the program differs from full?

In general, the trial version of all programs works for 14 days without any limitations.
But, necessarily test the program to your device, before purchase it.

What shall I do if I change my device or upgraded Windows Mobile and the program now says that I've already ativated my license for another device?
According to our licensing agreement, the license you've bought contains three activation keys and you can receive the other two once per three months from the moment of first activation using this page or in some specific situations you can contact us via our support form describing your problem and specifying your current activation code for the product you want to be activated again. After you have used the third key you will need to prolong your license by buying a new copy of a program.

I have downloaded the upgraded VITO software.
Do I need a new activation key?

No, you don't need a new activation key. Even if you have made hard reset to your device you can activate your software with a previous activation key.
